New telephone system installed in the surgery

Following patient feedback, PPG meetings and as part of the surgery’s aim to continue to improve our service, we have implemented a new telephone system.

Please bear with us during the initial implementation stages.

We hope that this will provide an upgraded queuing system and reduce waiting times on the telephone lines and we would like to hear your feedback on this.

Please continue to use online services, e.g. e-Consult (https://southallmedicalcentre.webgp.com/) and the NHS App wherever possible such as for ordering repeat prescriptions online and this is still the fastest way.
